The Executive Board is a select group of individuals who through their position and achievement will play an advisory, as well as participatory role in the future of Pride Philanthropy. The objective of this group is to help expand the scope and value of our consultancy.
Ken Coffey
Ken is the Vice President and Chief Development Officer of
Frederick Memorial Healthcare System in Frederick, Maryland. Mr.
Coffey holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and a Masters
Degree in Public Administration. His fundraising strengths include
volunteer recruitment and motivation, fundraising in small development
offices, and soliciting major gifts. Mr. Coffey recently completed a $30
million capital campaign for a facility renovation and expansion at
Frederick Memorial. Ken is a member of the Association of Healthcare
Philanthropy (AHP), a past member of the AHP Mid Atlantic Region
Cabinet, a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP)

Roger Longenderfer, M.D.
Roger is the retired CEO of Pinnacle Health System in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He has a BA degree from Pennsylvania State University, graduated from Hahnemann Medical College with a Doctorate in Medicine in 1979, did his Family Practice residency at Geisinger Medical Center and completed an MBA from Oklahoma City University. After a successful private practice in Terre Hill, Pennsylvania, Dr. Longenderfer served as VP for Medical Affairs at Ephrata Community Hospital and Mercy Health System-Oklahoma. Subsequently, he held multiple leadership roles in operations, hospital-physician organization development, graduate medical education, quality performance improvement, and clinical and organizational consolidations. He led the development of the Pinnacle Health Foundation and has served on the Board of Directors for the Health System Association of Pennsylvania, VHA-PA and several community non-profit organizations.
Sharon Love
Sharon is the Director of the Whitfield Healthcare Foundation in Dalton, Georgia, the philanthropic arm of Hamilton Health Care System. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University and is a recent graduate of Leadership Dalton-Whitfield. Sharon is past president of the Georgia Association for Development Professionals and has served as a board member for 11 years. Under her guidance, the Foundation is currently raising funds for a second $5 million capital campaign. Her areas of expertise include coordinating the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and recognition of over 400 Westcott Fellows, donors of a minimum of $10,000.
Bill Oliver
Bill Oliver is the President of the Forrest General Hospital Foundation, a position he assumed after retiring in 2009 as President of Forrest General Hospital, a five-hospital system based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, with over 3,300 employees serving South Mississippi. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, he has been involved in the healthcare industry for over 30 years as an auditor, consultant, CFO, COO, and CEO. He currently serves on the Boards of the Mississippi Hospital Association (MHA), and Information and Quality Healthcare (IQH), and serves as a delegate to the American Hospital Association for the Regional Policy Board for the Southeast United States (Region 4). Prior to Forrest General, Bill worked at various hospitals including Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA; Baptist Medical Center in Montgomery, AL; and St. Dominic Hospital and University Hospital, both in Jackson, MS. He started his career with the national CPA firm of Ernst & Ernst.
Kathy Williams
Kathy has been the Director of Development for St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio, for the past 18 years. Prior to that she served for 12 years as Development Coordinator. St. Rita's Medical Center's Development Council has raised over 20 million dollars since its inception and currently is in a capital campaign for a 130 million dollar building project. In addition, Kathy is a member of the Lima Rotary Club, serves on the Rotary Scholarship Committee, and serves on the boards of the Allen County Museum and the Allen County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.
