Situation & Goals

As the Hamilton Healthcare System expanded throughout the region, there was greater need for oncology services, and also a need to integrate oncology physicians with improved patient access all in one building. They needed to make the cancer journey more comforting and peaceful to patients.

Strategy

• Identifying past and current donors 

• Created a higher giving society to elevate the loyal donors to give major gifts

• Focused on the top giving level to achieve the campaign goal on an accelerated timeline

Results

• Goal was $8 Million

• Exceeded goal and raised $12.8 Million

• Center opened January 2020 for the public
